Lovely food, won’t go anywhere else

Really slow delivery over 2 hours and when the food arrived it was cold, restaurant said nothing they can do other than provide a discount on food next time. Usually it’s great but tonight it was very poor service

You must be under greater pressure than usual and I appreciate the service you are providing under that pressure, However for your information: 40 mins after online stated time; food cool apart from spare ribs which were in a thick flavoursome sauce; onions with spare ribs undercooked; vegetable in general watery; pork in gingers was under flavoured; quantity of duck in duck rolls just adequate. Perhaps Saturday evening was not the best time to sample your food.
